    Staff were amiable and super friendly at any hour!!

    The room was decent size with a nice view and I appreciated the urban-style building. The breakfast was marvellous and reasonably priced with smoked salmon, a wide assortment of offerings and congealed eggs. The location was good and absolutely perfect for walking around Skytower.

    Modern hotel room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and private bathroom. Favourable location close to the metro station, in the really cool area. 10 minutes walk to Skytower.

    Appreciated marvellous and outstanding breakfasts!!

    It was newly renovated, fashionable and with 2 double beds. The location was good, close to an indoor swimming pool.

    Clean place with exceptionally good view of the harbor. Particularly good room with an amazing bathroom. Marvellous and brilliant location, not very far from a vibrant casino. And so close to Auckland, in New Zealand as well as shopping areas that were easily walkable. The hotel of choice in Auckland.

    Awesome place with helpful staff, great wi-fi, and a cozy bar area. I remember how the team helped me find my lost earring on my first stay. Highly recommend it for relaxation!

    the location was perfect for waht we wanted and we got a good deal on this occasion.

    The card "key" system failed twice. The iron was missing parts and spilt water on clothes. One of the dimmers didn't work.

    Very comfortable King size bed. Modern, well presented room. Excellent temperature control via air-conditioning. Excellent value for money over holiday period. All in all an enjoyable stay

    Shower over very narrow bath which made showering a little awkward. Beware of terminology; "Superior Room" is Rydges' most basic room - albeit still a nice room !
